SHIPPING

• Orders are dispatched in 3-4 working days. It takes about 3-4 working days for the order to reach you once dispatched.
• Return pickups are provided depending on the serviceability of your pin-code by the shipping provider.
• Returns take about 5-7 working days to reach us once picked up from your place.
• Once the returned pieces are received your requested piece or credit will be shipped/ issued in 7 working days.
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
• In the event, the wefast is booked by the customer, both forward and shipping will be borne by the customer as without forward order, the reverse cannot be arranged by us. 
• The shipping charges, in case of wefast, will be adjusted against cordination and handlng fee and is non refundable.

  

RETURN

We provide store credit if you don’t like the style of the product that you received. In this case, we will issue a coupon code which will be valid for 6 months. We will not limit your options; you will be able to choose from our complete online collection.

We do not provide bank refunds on any product once sold.

Policy:

• We provide return unlimited number of times for free of cost.
• If your order is eligible for Return, you can place your request by clicking here. Request for Return should be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Please note that shipping amount and COD Charges are non-refunable.
• If your order is eligible for Return we will schedule a pickup for the garments within 48 hours of receiving the request. All additional information will be provided via email.
• Please ensure the returned merchandise is unused and has the original packaging, price tag, and invoice.
• Ayuda reserves the right to inspect a returned product.
• We use a third-party service for shipping our orders, they provide reverse pick up services across almost all PIN Codes nationwide. Unfortunately, there are some areas which are ODZ (Out of Delivery Zone), in such instances where we are unable to arrange for a reverse pick up, you will be required to courier us the product at your own cost.
• Please note that any defective product has to be brought to our attention within 24 hours of the delivery. In the event, the same is not followed, the request for the return is deemed to be rejected.
• Please note that the return process takes about 4-5 working days.

 

EXCHANGE

• We provide free exchange in size of the items ordered by you with no additional charge. In the event your size is not available, please select return option and request for store credit.  
• Please note that the exchange process takes about 5-6 working days days.

COUPON CODE

• The coupon code is sent to the email address the customer had registered with.
• The coupon code will be valid for 6 months. We will not limit your options; you will be able to choose from our complete online collection
• The coupon code is valid for six months. If the coupon code expires the amount will not be refunded and the coupon code will not be issued again, so please use it till it’s valid.
• Coupon code policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
